Carry out the mandate of extinction with opportunity, rationality and transparency.

Vision:

Streamlining of the process, redefining the strategic initiatives and generally, solving the problems of each process to comply with the Decree of Extinction.

General Purpose:

Redirect the mechanisms for divestiture of assets, redefine the attention of legal cases and ecological remediation to expedite the liquidation process FNM, and determine the procedures and measures for accountability to the Federal Government.
